I really need to remember to eat LOL never thought I would say something like that., LOVE LIV SXINNEY MAX!! Tonight we went swimming as a family got some good exercise in. Then we went out to eat. I was proud of myself. I only drank water ordered steamed veggies and shrimp. Asked the watiress to bring me a to go box as soon as she brought my food so I could put half of it away and wouldn't be tempted to eat everything, Major progress today. Loving life!!!
