I didn't get to write anything yesterday. But I walked probably a mile or more after having my oatmeal breakfast. My kids and I watched the parade with my family and enjoyed. Then we came home relaxed and rested up to go over to my parents house and watch fireworks with them and my siblings. I splurged a little at dinner and had a smore. Trying not to beat myself up too bad. Weighed in and here are the totals
