Haven't written in a while have been busy. but the stats are in after my 21 day challenge. weight-219, bust-44, chest-40, waist-43, hips-50.75, thigh-27.50, calf-16.75, arm-14. total lost this week around 3 lbs and 2.75". Total for the 21 days: 11 lbs, 8.,5". I am now up to 3 miles workout. and signed up for my 1st 5k which I am way excited about. I am feeling so good. and LIFE IS GREAT!!! I really feel like I am getting in the zone.
